Soul Train's Don Cornelius is Dead from a Gunshot Wound to Head

Wow, how I do start? A family member found Don in his home on the floor. Don was later rushed to Cedars Sinai Medical Center, but it was too late.

LAPD believed he killed himself, however they are still investigating.

Don was/is a legend in music. His death is truly a gut punch for many in entertainment. Who knows why he did this, but I'm sure we will hear so many reasons. My heart goes out to the family of Don.

R.I.P.

NOM loses Another Donors' List Battle

NOM keep losing these battles to hide their donors' list. This time, they lost in Maine, however these fools plan to take the battle to the U.S. Supreme Court.

The decision pertains to ballot question committees in Maine and represents a second defeat for the National Organization for Marriage, which previously lost a challenge to the state's political action committee laws and laws governing independent expenditures and advertising attribution and disclaimers.
The latest appeal focused on part of the law that says groups that raise or spend more than $5,000 to influence elections must register and disclose their donors.
The NOM, which says it was founded in 2007 in response to the "growing need for an organized opposition to same-sex marriage in state legislatures," donated $1.9 million to a political action committee that helped repeal Maine's same-sex marriage law. It said it believes that releasing the donor list would stymie free speech.
Oh please, they are afraid we will learn who their true donors are. It's only a matter of time, NOM.

This is the 30th Anniversary of 'Masters of the Universe'

Do you remember you got you hands on He-Man? I do, and I... Well, we want get into that, but it's a shocker He-Man is 30!

The Masters of Universe toys was the sh*t! I think many of us played with He-Man, Skeletor, Evil-Lyn and Man-At-Arms at some point of our lives. It was a very creative concept that mixed sorcery and science in a fun and beautiful.

Then Filmation gave us one of the best cartoons ever! For a few years, we watched Prince Adam transform into the hunky hero, known as He-Man. We also wished that we could be the Sorceress, or maybe that's just me.

Anywho, He-Man played a huge role in our generation's lives and I just want to say, happy 30th anniversary, Masters of the Universe!
