Glenn Beck is moving to Texas

Seems fitting doesn't it? Texas house most of crazies, lost and deranged of the political world.

Now, Glenn will join them.
The former Fox News host reportedly sold his Connecticut home for $3.6 million, and will be renting a two-acre estate in Dallas for $20,000 a month. Beck made the official announcement on his Monday radio show. This confirmed multiple earlier reports that Beck would be moving to Texas. “I can’t wait,” Beck said during his radio broadcast.

The news also came with the announcement that Beck will be opening new radio and television studios in the Lone Star State, as part of his production company Mercury Radio Arts. The company will continue to run its New York City offices and studios, according to company president Chris Balfe.
Is it too late to send Texas streaming down the ocean? (sorry Toddy)

Glenn Beck will "transition off of his daily program"!

Interesting bit of news. The king of the crazies will leave his Fox News daily program later this year.
In a joint news release, Fox News and Mercury Radio Arts, Beck's production company, said that they will "work together to develop and produce a variety of television projects for air on the Fox News Channel as well as content for other platforms including Fox News’ digital properties."

Beck, the statement said, would "transition off of his daily program, the third highest rated in all of cable news, later this year."

It is not clear what the programs will be, or how many of them there will be. Joel Cheatwood, a senior Fox News executive who Beck hired away to his own company, will serve as the main liaison between the two networks. A source at Fox News told the Huffington Post in March that Mercury was playing a "dangerous game" by allegedly leaking the news of the hire to the media.
Well, it's kind of good news.

Interesting Quote: Glenn Beck

"What is the number of Islamic terrorists? 1 percent? I think it's closer to ten percent but the rest of the PC world will tell you, 'oh no, it's miniscule.' Well, OK, let's take you at your one percent. Look at the havoc one percent of Muslims causing in the rest of the world. You don't think one percent, half a percent of people here in the United States of radicals, of people who want to violently overthrow the government of the United States, is a problem?"

his idiotic view as usual
